Photovoltaics have uncertain characteristics. If a high proportion of photovoltaics are connected to the distribution network, voltage will exceed limit. In order solve this problem, regulation method network considering energy storage partition configuration is proposed. Taking minimum total deviation, cost, power loss, and device installation ratio as objective function, various conditions, such deviation constraint constraint, mathematical model established. Firstly, curve obtained. The optimal k value determined by elbow rule. each node clustered k-means algorithm so determine partition. clustering centers, then weighting factor function fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. For comparison analysis, (k + 1) schemes through devices. Then, solved particle swarm optimization, unit output result Finally, an example IEEE33 used verify effectiveness proposed model.
